4Client Responsibilities

- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any third-party content, trademarks, or materials provided to NettCore for use in projects.
- Clients must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with NettCore's services or infrastructure.
5Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be defined in the individual project agreement or invoice.
- NettCore reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of work in cases of outstanding payment.
- All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the project agreement.
- Late payments may be subject to interest charges as agreed upon in writing.
6Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
- NettCore will not disclose client project details, data, or business information to third parties without prior written consent.
- Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any agreement for a period of two (2) years.
7Limitation of Liability
- NettCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Our total liability in any matter related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- NettCore is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including client inaction, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
8Warranty Disclaimer
- Our website and services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- NettCore does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
- We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services unless explicitly committed in a signed agreement.
9Termination
- Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as defined in the project agreement.
- NettCore reserves the right to terminate access to its website or services immediately if a user violates these Terms.
- Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due and payable.
10Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
- NettCore also conducts business under applicable US regulations for its international clients.
